Maria has over 20 years’ broad and extensive HR experience working with a variety of large and small businesses many on repeat business. As well as being MCIPD accredited, Maria holds an MSc in Strategic HR Management from Portsmouth University.
Having worked with SMEs, start-ups & and global businesses. Many of the companies that Maria has worked with have asked her to return based on her fit to their culture and results.
Work life balance and well being is important to Maria. As well as having an interest in nutrition and exercise, Maria is passionate about water-skiing and helps out at her local club. Born in Guildford she now lives in Marlow with her husband and dog called Roxy.

Worked as the HR lead for several acquisitions for Regus/IWG. Managed and scoped approach, created tool-kit requirements, delivered requirements for implementation. Created managed the displacement budget. Ran and participated in consultation the processes. Coached key stakeholders.
Managed a number of change programmes for Regus/IWG. Reviewed the business requirements, created plans to gain approval and kicked off projects. Acted as go to person for employee relations’ issues and focused on closing cases.
Created a behavioural competency framework for Workplace to align to talent review and selection. Consulted with business leaders and equity partners to create and implement balanced business scorecard. Presented the business card to equity partner, LDC.
Worked with Contego Fraud Solutions (now Northrow) as a start-up. Acquired key talent by setting the recruitment strategy, selection process and participated as panel member.
Delivered a large project for Ericsson where the requirement was to merge two teams, review synergies and harmonisation of terms and conditions.
Acquired key sales talent for SAS. Created the recruitment process, selection methods and participated as panel member.
